Our Business

Elizabeth A. DuPar, Esq. has practiced in the State of California over fifteen years with the majority of her experience in family law and estate planning. Her practice is now uniquely focused on legal issues facing pet owners.   In many cases, she discovered that the issue of pet or canine custody needed to be addressed during a divorce or dissolution of a domestic partnership. She has seen how pet owners have very little resources to turn to when faced with legal issues concerning their beloved pet. Her practice is now exclusively focused on companion animal law.
